Now a days many patients get cheated by doctors. Even though there are many good doctors there are doctors who are greedy to make money. They will have tie up with hospitals,pharma shops,diagnostic centre etc., Let me explain in detail.
Some doctors (usually family physician)have tie up with hospitals.Even though if it is not necessary to send the patient to the hospital, doctor refer the patient to go to the hospital and have checked once.Suppose if the patient get admitted,doctor will get some more amount from the hospital.
In some other simple cases family physician refers medicine which is not required and patient buys in the referred pharma shop. Since doctors will regularly get commission from the pharma.Diagnostic centre not for away from this kind of things. They will also feed doctors so that the patients referred to their centre so that both doctor and labs are in profit with as many tests as possible.
In recent days in many hospitals if you get admitted for any problem,Immediately they will take you to some lab tests, and gives the glucose drip. By this only the patient side will get some kind of nervousness. Some times these tests not at all required. One more thing is like hospitals doctor suggest to operation also.patient side will agree so the the patient will be well.These operation also not required. Some doctors even do the operation for dead body only for the money sake.
All these are for simple keep the money rotating in the hospitals,diagnostic centre and make sure that they are well advertising,making profit.
